Job Description / Responsibility
- Organize meeting & teleconference ,prepare minutes of meeting ,actions list & provide administration support to legal and corporate affairs department.
- Prepare corporate affairs related presentation & perform any other job assigned by the management.
- Organize and arrange filing of important and relevant documents.
- Able to work in a team
- Ready to work under pressure
- Strong competency in MS office package,internet browsing and email correspondence.
- Need to have a excellent typing speed in English.
- Candidates should be self driven ,creative and able to grasp and implement assignments quickly.
