Educational Requirements

University degree in
computer science or related technical field; Any Microsoft certification
in Access or SQL Server would be preferred.
Experience Requirements
- At least 4 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- The consultant / a team of consultants should have minimum 4 years work experiences in web based database design, administration, management and data analysis.
- Significant experience analyzing data and producing report is a plus.
- Experience in training project personnel in the use of web based database management software applications;
- Experience in writing and maintaining database design documentation and operating manuals;
- Maturity and professional ability to handle sensitive information and ability to respect the confidentiality of such information while working with CACPV project and even after the contract ends.
