Job Description / Responsibility

• Reports to: Manager Production
• Function: Manufacturing
• Location: Ashulia, Savar
• To prepare monthly production plan considering theoretical production requirement (from Supply Chain) & production capacity.
• To execute the production plan in an optimized manner by monitoring daily stock out condition with a view to ensure maximum customer service level as per KPI.
• Ensure Safety, Cleaning & House-keeping of the plant is covered as per SOPs.
• To lead and motivate shop floor associates.
• To execute data updating in FACT ERP.
• To minimize maintenance hours and costs through appropriate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• To design safety stock norms of all spares and consumables and ensure procurement of the same in appropriate time.
• To ensure implementation of CAPEX & projects through coordination with relevant functional units and vendors.

Educational Requirements

B. Sc. from any recognized university

Additional Job Requirements

• One or two years of related experience would be an added advantage
• Understanding of process, machinery, safety norm, planning concepts
• Knowledge on Computer literacy.
• Analytical ability & Output oriented approach
• Strong interpersonal relationship
• Capable to work in night shift.
