Job Description / Responsibility

• MERCHANT CASH ADVANCE (BUSINESS LOAN) LEAD GENERATION EXPERIENCED AGENTS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
• Candidates will have to make outbound calls
• Receiving enquirers, selling services / Products over telephone as per the instruction provided by the Call Center Manager
• Only Apply if you are interested to work only Night Shift.
• Required Agent will have to work at NIGHT SHIFT (BD Time 9.00PM to 6.00AM)
• Job Location could be Uttara or Mirpur.

Educational Requirements

• O level/ A level/ HSC/ BBA background necessary
• Please do not apply if you are a MBA graduate & not Fluent in ENGLISH Speaking.

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Call Centre Supervision/Management, Call Centre Training, Customer Support through Phone, QC (Quality Control) of Customer Service, Tele Marketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  BPO, Call Center

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 18 to 28 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Experience in working/studying abroad preferred
• Only Apply if you are experienced in International Call Center.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply (Only O level, A level or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker)
• Sri Lanka Official languages (Sinhala Language & Tamil Language) Speaker will get premium bonus with Salary
• Philippines Official languages (Filipino language) Speaker will get premium bonus with Salary
• Willing to work night shifts to match business hours in USA & CANADA (Bangladesh time 9PM - 6AM)
• Speaking clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations
• Proven organizational and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask
• Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
• Ability to relate with a diverse group of people
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings and recommendations for marketing strategies
• Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc.
