Job Description / Responsibility

• Incumbent will be responsible for preparation of annual financial statement in accordance with relevant IAS, Implementation of Accounting System and also assist the head of accounts in ensuring internal control system in disbursement procedure and maintain financial transition.
• Through knowledge of computer aided accounting system such as tally software.
• Ability to Execute, monitor and manage all Books of Accounts through Tally Software as well as register
• Ability to prepare Debit and credit Voucher in GL through Tally software.
• Able to prepare monthly Accounts, Monthly Budget, monthly Bank reconciliation statement and other necessary reports set time to time by the Management.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters of Commerce/ Advance Accounting Course
• CA -CC/ CA (Inter) qualified will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

• 6 to 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Audit, Cash Management, Commercial/Export-Import, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Internal Audit, Finance

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 35 to 40 year(s)
• Must have thorough understanding of the financial reporting and maintaining general ledger.
• Must Prepare & maintain Receipts & Payment vouchers, Maintain Journal voucher, Cash Book, General Ledger, Bank Book, Bill Register, Debtors & Creditors Ledger, Party registers related to finance & accounts, Employees Register.
• Must ensure on time preparation & submission of an accurate monthly receipt & payment statement and half yearly/yearly accounts of each company separately.
• Must have the capacity to guide the sub-ordinates in running the accounts dept: smoothly.
• To guide the Finance & Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
• Sound knowledge in maintaining batch costing & inventory control mechanism.
• Review and monitor Night Audit and Income Audit functions.
• Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
• Must have very good experience in software based accounting system. One must not apply without knowledge in accounting software (Tally)
