Job Description / Responsibility

• Candidates will have to make outbound calls to US/CANADA
• Receiving en-queries, selling services / Products over telephone as per the instruction provided by the Call Center Manager
• Required Agent will have to work at NIGHT SHIFT (9 HOURS)

• O level/ A level/ North South/ AIUB/ IUB/ BRAC background necessary
• Experience in working/studying abroad preferred
• Freshers are encouraged to apply (Only O level, A level or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker)

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Call Centre Supervision/Management, Counseling, Call Centre Training, Customer Support through Phone, Guest Relations/Services, Online (web/e-mail) Support, QC (Quality Control) of Customer Service, Tele Marketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Call Center

• Age 18 to 35 year(s)
• Willing to work night shift.
• Speaking clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations
• Proven organizational and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask
• Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
• Ability to relate with a diverse group of people
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings and recommendations for marketing strategies
• Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc.
