Job Description / Responsibility
- To develop new drama script on adolescent issues for stimulating theater for adolescent girls empowerment
- To develop training module on stage for adolescent and staff and develop new stage group
- Develop main stream theater group with adolescent theater activist and perform the drama
- Organize and conduct TOT on stage for field staff and adolescent
- Develop script and programme for Radio Polli Kontho
- Ensure the quality of performance through regular field visit and prepare report
- Organise work shop for staffs and adolescent trainers

Educational Requirements
-
B A (Hon's) in Theater from
any recognized university with second class/ division or equivalent GPA/
CGPA in all academic examination
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At most 30 year(s)
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written skill both in English and Bengali
- Having skill to work with MS-office applications such Word, Excel, Power point
- Having good behavioral and interpersonal communication skill
